TERMS OF SERVICE

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page.

We may, without prior notice, change the products; stop providing the products or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the products without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

The Service and product and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Wash & Cloth Inc. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the product without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time.

You agree to indemnify and hold Wash & Cloth Inc. harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Wash & Cloth Inc, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wash & Cloth Inc assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service and products; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these page periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.

Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Florida. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded.

 

If a consumer/customer posts a video, quote/comment or picture on any of Wash & Cloth Inc. social sites or website we reserve the right to utilize these for marketing purposes. 

PRIVACY POLICY

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

 

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. We utilize Google Analytics on the Site. Google Analytics is a website analysis service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”).   •  User ID Extension for Google Analytics – allows Company to connect multiple devices, sessions and engagement data.

We, along with third-party vendors such as Google use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookies) and third-party cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) or other third-party identifiers together to compile data regarding user interactions with ad impressions and other ad service functions as they relate to our website. Domestic Shipping Policy

Wash & Cloth Inc. ships to contiguous U.S. states, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please be aware that orders could arrive in multiple packages

Our Standard Shipping combines the capabilities of multiple carriers to deliver packages more efficiently.

This allows packages to arrive on Saturday as well as any other business day. Tracking is available through our website or your confirmation or shipment emails, and will indicate the estimated delivery date.

This shipping method is available for shipments to the contiguous U/S states, Alaska, Hawaii, U/S Territories, PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Shipping outside the contiguous U/S states may experience longer transit times.

Return & Exchange Policy

We understand things happen, which is why Wash & Cloth Inc. is dedicated to making the return process simple for you. We're all about bringing you a top shopping experience from start to finish. Can I return a product if I have (gently) used it?

We’ve all been there - sometimes a product after the first or second use just doesn't work for you or your skin type. No biggie. Please contact our customer support at customerexperience@washandcloth.com and we will be happy to help you! Please kindly note, we do not cover the cost for return of unwanted products but if you are not satisfied with your order please contact us, as we're happy to help.

 

How long do refunds take?

Refunds will take 3-7 business days to be processed and posted to your payment method. After we have processed your return and issued a refund, we'll let you know via email.

 

Quality is super important to us - we take protecting the integrity of the products we sell very seriously.  Wash & Cloth Inc. policy does not permit the resale of used, damaged or expired products.

  • Are your scents all natural?
    Our promise is to always use safe ingredients for you and your loved ones. We use safe scents in all our products and offer fragrence free options as well. The base of each and every product is nature made. We use ingredients like safflower oil, jojoba oil and beet sugar. Our standards are rigorous, and they exclude many materials that are ubiquitous in other beauty brands fragrance oils. You may already be familiar with our exclusion of phthalates, but we also exclude materials with similar health concerns, including those on California’s Prop 65 list. Materials known to be carcinogens in California aren’t any safer elsewhere!
  • When can I expect to recieve my products after placing an online order?
    All product are picked and packed 1-3 business days from when the order is placed. All orders are expected to arrive in 5-10 business days dependent on location.
  • What ingredients do you use in your products?
    We use safe scents (see above) and nature based ingredients like cocoa butter, safflower oil and natural salts. We pride ourselves on the quality of our ingredients and believe that natrual ingredients are very effective and healing. See our ingredient page to learn more.
